Is the plug included as well? Is this the 75-5039D?

 

Not sure which plug you mean, but I assume you mean the little plug that goes into one of the smaller vacuum line? then yes, it's in a bag with the screws that mount the box to the body.

and I assume that's the part number, I google image search that number and it shows 2 different versions, one box has 5 bolts and mine has 4 bolts on the cover.

 

May not matter to others, but I’d spend about 60 seconds to clean it up and wipe a little armor all on it. Would show much better.

 

There’s an optional silicone box plug for one of the sides. It’s fairly large to allow more or less airflow.

 

This is the side that's connected to fender, the big part can be remove but I never did.
