Will P265/65R18's fit OK on a 2019 with P275'S?

Didn't see anything in the search comments about this.
    So here goes:
I have neighbor who has 4 brand new Michelin Defender LTX M/S P265/65R18 collecting dust in his shop. He's giving these away.
I seriously need new tires ( 80K on originals here) and the big question is will these fit OK and look right on my 2019 Limited CM to replace the P275's on them now? Or will they look too "thinny" ?

if these are the correct sizes, this is the differences that you are looking at. 265-65 is going to be half inch thinner and shorter. Should be no problem running them, especially at that price. I would certainly install them vs running tires with 80k miles. You are on heavily borrowed time with those tires. :burnrubber:

Yeah....granted this has been all highway and no gravel. Not hauling anything, and no drifting contests in Bahrain.
    Pushing me luck I knows.

Not everybody. KO2 is one of the most overrated tires.
