So I tried a search but did not find anything. how do you keep trip info for a road trip with multiple stops ie food, gas and restrooms (lol). every time I make a stop the trip data resets and when I fill the tank the data updates as well. Is there a way to create and save trip data that you manage.

    Thanks

Manually reset the Trip Odometer A or B with the button on the instrument panel.

Manually recording it is the only way I know. I don't think the Tundra is smart enough for what you want it so do.

Don't remember exactly where it is, but this is a setting in your truck. Not setting in your stereo, but the vehicle settings on your steering wheel. You will have to be parked and not moving or the menu is greeted out. I do not remember the exact options, but from the factory it is set to reset with each fuel tank fill up. You can change it to manual reset in that menu.

Drove me nuts also when I first got my Tundra.

Haha, now go dig! It is in there. Hot the "DISP" until you get to vehicle settings. I believe you should be able to find it pretty easily and switch it to manually reset.

Then it will only reset when you hold the "disp" for a few seconds to reset.
