    Does X-cover count :notsure:
I will say the ikamper is awesome based on how light they are.

So now I want to know, what are differences between the 2.0 and the X-cover. @mightyowl what do you live about that 2.0?

Nice! How is the iKamper quality? I've heard they're one of the best. I plan to upgrade my Treeline Outdoors RTT to a iKamper Mini hardshell. I am so done with the vinyl cover/zips on the traditional RTTs.

MightyOwl...I just installed my RCI rack and received my iKamper mini yesterday. Did you need to drill holes for the clamps? It appears the RCI bars are too thick

I’m curious about the mounting also. I just bought the iKamper 2.0 and now need to find a rack.

From my understanding, iKamper has a 1.0 mounting bracket that can pretty much attached to any bar size and a 2.0 bracket that is a security bracket (lock that covers the bolt so it can’t be as easily stolen) but can only fit 1.5inch think bars.

Anyone have any experience with a third party security bracket that will fit thicker bars or another solution? Thanks

Thanks. I’m using the 1.0 right now but I’ll take a look. My main concern was security. I’ve been looking at security nuts that you need a special bit to take off but because I have the 10 inch voodoo rack and I can lock my tailgate so it’s pretty difficult for anyone to get in there and take the nuts off.

The issue with that is someone can still use bolt cutters and lop off the bolt shaft. No need for any keys if the bolt is exposed

Hell, if they’re determined enough and have help they can take the whole rack

I cut the bolts already so they are recessed in the 1.0 bracket so they cant get cutters in there. I know they can probably figure it out if they really wanted it but I gotta make them work...
