    Dude from tire shop said if it was his tire he'd drive the bi**h its only superficial but he will sell me a tire if I and I quote "am a sissy" Haha blunt and honest. I'll be buying my big tires from that shop

    From what I read online... Since I toyota certified warranty they cover 150 towards tire replacement. I'll be call them tomorrow morning fo'sho

    I convinced my wife 18" wheels are better for sand than 20" due to airing down and less side wall. Resulting in Method KO2 combo.

    Yeah 2 garages said I'm good and I'm overly cautious but legit reason to be. Its like .032 deep absolutely good to go.

    I had rather large chunk of rubber missing from my side of my stock tires (BFG Rugged Trail). Local tire guy in my town said that's perfectly okay. I changed them out nevertheless with 295s. But I drove on them a while before upsizing them. But with your tire, I am not sure how deep the cut goes in.

    Tire shop said its "superficial" he guesstimated about 1/32 deep if that. He stuck his nail in it and said this isn't an official measurement but this tells him that I'm good
