I did the same thing, got rid of the wheel locks. I could not find matching lugs anywhere but the dealer. Cost me $60 for 4. Ripoff. Then, I got a set of winter tires mounted on steelies from craigslist. I bought black lug nuts from Gorilla Lug Nuts to go with the black painted steelies. They are really well made, better than the stocks. All 20 lugs cost me around $100 I think. If I had known, I would have just bought an entire set from Gorilla to go with my summer setup. Check them out first.

    Here's Gorilla site: http://www.gorilla-auto.com/lug-nuts-page-08

I think our lugs are 14mmx1.5
Not sure if your lugs are flat or acorn style (alloys take flat and steelies use acorn)

    Alloys lug wrench size 7/8" 73148txx - chrome, 73148txxbc - black chrome
    Acorns lug wrench size 21mm 61147cx - chrome, 61147bcx - black chrome
    Acorns lug wrench size 7/8" 66147dx - chrome, 66147bdx - black chrome

I believe I bought the 66147bdx which are black chrome acorn style for my winter steelies. Honestly, the difference between 21mm and 7/8" lug wrench size is negligible. Also, they list some of those available in bulk or clamshell, but I was only able to buy mine in clamshell (which is a package set of 4, I had to buy 5 packages).

    Hope this helps.

What part of the country are you in? If you're in the northwest/west coast, go to Les Schwab. They do factory take offs all the time and save the lug nuts and I'm sure would be willing to sell you a couple for a fraction of that price.

Like I said, buy the Gorilla Lugs, better quality, choice of finish, and a full set of 20 for just a little more than what the dealership wants for 4. From experience.
