    Need some plant help.

This is a pepper plant that I have hibernated through winter (germinated last summer).
I can't figure out why the mature leaves are wilting but it's still growing new leaves. My first thought was over watering from the yellow coloring.
I will be up potting this weekend. Could it be root bind?20210512_173115.jpg 20210512_173148.jpg 20210512_173152.jpg

I remove all the large leaves like that off mine.
I'd cut the top off right above the new leaves in your second pic and root the cutting. Super easy.

Can you explain with more detail? I'm a Google greenthumb. What do you mean root the cutting? Why cut the top? I killed 3 reapers by following online "tutorials".

I have ghosts, reaper, scorpion, and fatallias (sp?) germinated right now. Hoping for peppers for seasonings.

Okay. So the op plant is doing well. (Growing, not dying) but I haven't seen a single bud.

How longer after hibernation should I expect blooms?

I didn't top it. I upped it to a 5g bucket last month.
