    Hi,

I have a 2008 Toyota Tundra 2WD. I recently purchased this pre-owned truck and I would like to change the differential oil. Since this is a 2WD I only need to change the rear differential? Also, would four quarts of oil be the correct amount? Please also let me know if the following oil weight is fine to use? I am planning to purchase this from Walmart - Super Tech Full Synthetic Gear 75W-90

    Never stopping ...
    I used 3-3,75L 75W90 in my 2010 tundra RWD

Google it and you will find out , I only know the Dutch websites to check it out via licence plate number

    hope it helps you ...

About 4 is correct. The rear diff is the easiest oil to change. No measuring. Just drain and refill. Make sure the fill hole with come loose before draining. I’ve read where some wouldn’t come loose. Or else you’ll have to turn the truck upside down to fill it.

I used the same oil as you did on my 07 CrewMAX

    super tech 75-90
    I used almost all 4qts

as others have said loosen the fill plug FIRST
    Then drain plug

squirt it in till it pours out then button it up
More is better than not enough lol
