riding it and fine tuning it now. Getting ready for the trails soon.
I feel 27.5s are more nimble and fast going uphill vs 29ers

Same. I demo'd a bunch of 29ers and 27.5s before buying my Altitude. The 29ers ripped on the downhill like a monster truck. But I go up as much as going down and just couldn't get past that diameter compared to the 27.5s when climbing, I like the instant zip to spin up something.

I am not far from there but never rode there. I have done Sterling Forest, Blue Mountain, Sprain Ridge, Graham Hills, and Blue Mountain. I don’t mind the gnar because it seems it’s like that anywhere I ride. Thanks again, I gotta check that out...

You have to check it out. Very close to Sterling, you can link up together and do 4-5h solid ride.

Our mountain bike club put on klunker race Saturday. I was riding a '64 Schwinn modded out with some new parts. It was near 90 degrees and heat about killed me but it was a good time!

Rode pretty good for a heavy old bike. Really makes me appreciate modern geometry though.

Congrats! Looks like a similar design to the Cannondale Habit I demo'd. The rear suspension was very supple and comfy. That's definitely a huge upgrade over your hardtail, enjoy it.

It’s supposedly identical to the Calibre Bossnut sold in the UK, which is a pretty well review budget full suspension bike.

I’m 6’ 5-6ish” and its an XL frame so kinda big. Think the angle and seat post being a little high exaggerate the size.

Can anyone recommend a good 2 bike carrier that is hitch mounted? I have yakima bars over the bed but only use those when pulling a camper. I don't really want to spend over 250 due to the fact I will just use this mount about 2 or 3 times a year. Mostly quick trips around to bike paths. Thanks

I have an Allen 2 bike hitch carrier. It has an adapter for a 2 inch receiver or the 1 1/4 receiver. It’s okay and does the job but in all honesty I feel a Thule or Yakima is worth the extra money. Quality in general is much better even if you are only using it a few times a year.

I’d say 1up but they are pricey
Yakima and Thule are around 450.
Inno is usually a little cheaper then there’s SAris. It’ll get you there, lacks features but for two or three times a year it might do you well.

I liked the Ergon. My fat ass bent the rails pretty quickly. Hope it does well for you. I’m riding the SQlab right now.
