Are they adjustable? Can you raise and lower them?

Yes 8 stage dampening adjustment also 6.5-5.5 height adjustment. The red knob on resubmit is adjuster for dampening.

I want some but kinda undecided between the RC and Pro Comp. I have a 6" Pro Comp lift but the coilovers don't have the dampening adjusters.

7" BDS, Coachbuilder steering kit, RC Vertex piggyback coilovers, 2" mc conaghey shackle, Prorunner rear shocks.
YES! I love mine too, just put them on last week with the coachbuilder steering kit. I did not put an upper control arm, I really don't think you need it unless you are some kind of awesome person who needs the most out of a mid travel. My set up has more travel and it's perfect for me.

Review: They look good. The adjuster is a little gimmicky, I just set it at 4 & it matches the dampening of the rear prorunner shocks (which are pretty good in their own right, but I've already warrantied one for leaking oil.
OFFROAD: Took it on my trail behind the house (Wasatch mountains) and where my old set up bottomed out easy, this kit just smoothed over the little jump and the pot holes. I just took it to Flaming Gorge and blasted some desert roads, and about a 1/2 mile of sandy whoops and Holy Crap it's a HUGE difference. Radical said "butter" and I think its an accurate description. 10-15 MPH roads turned into 25-30 MPH roads. My wife loved the fun, faster ride too. I also added the Coachbuilder mid-travel steering kit. Even though I could see some bump stop hit marks, I never felt it. Not sure what a UCA can do better with the set up I have now. The shocks seem to be high quality, we'll see with the long term, but they have a 3 year warranty.
ON ROAD: Tundras have some flaws which are hard to overcome with ride quality. The ride is maybe a little smoother, but the control is fantastic.

I really wanted to see a review like the one I just wrote, but I went ahead and bought them for $1000 and can't really see how a more expensive alternative would be that much better for a person who likes to have a little fun with the truck and get out to the middle of no where fishing and camping. I highly recommend the RC Vertex. Each to their own of course, I'm sure some fan boys will chime up soon lol!

How hard is it to raise and lower them ? I have heard it was hard and best to set your height during the install.

I had mine set an inch lower. RC sells the tool for $25 and the vehicle needs to be off the ground with the front end at full droop. It’s a set it and forget it adjustment.
