Fumoto Valve Installation

    Could it be that the oil pan has been repaired in the past and it has a thread other than oem? Just throwing that out.

    If it was repaired it may not even have a metric thread anymore. I would take the drain plug that came out of it to a hardware or parts store and double check the thread size/pitch. Unless you have a thread gauge etc.

    Also, I put a F133S in my 2008 after I installed a new oem pan. The 133 is an updated version of the 103.

    The Fumoto should thread in just eggzactly like the factory drain bolt. They should make SWEET SWEET LOVE.

    More than a few.....
    i just put on one of these with the short nipple when i did my first oil change. Love it. Have had it on every vehicle i owned. I use a hose to the drain pan. Helps alot to have oil warm and the cap off. i let it drain 15-20 minutes and its more than enough time.

    I think this may be dumb but, did you use a crush washer when you installed the Fumoto? Thanks
