RXT flex. They're great but with all my weight I want more! They're flat.

Option 3 with coachbuilder +1 shackles and a ton of weight. Dual swing out, water tanks, 37" spare, firewood, drawer system, cap, 38 gallon tank.

they are super smooth but did anyone have problems with there supplied hardware? My u bolt ends were pretty mangled I had to take a tap and die to clean them up a bit. Both of my center pins came cross threaded as well... glad they included extras

Factory 38 but like the 26 it says low fuel at 30 so it feels smaller. Fun to fill!

Anyone go from the Icon Expansion pack to the RXT pack that can comment the ride quality between the two? I have the expansion pack currently.

    More to Come ...

Mine went lfat around 45k and i also broke a leaf. I had them rearched at a shop and also added another leaf to the pack and i was the best ting i did to the RXT pack on option 3 was add another leaf from Atlas Spring's.

I don't really know. My record is 400 but it's not even close to 38 gallons at that fill up.

Not at first but I hated the constant downshift with any incline or breeze. So I re-geared it to 5.29 myself. Fun project! Not easy. It drives great now.

I wish I was closer to cooler shops. I'll get a proper pack for my weight eventually but for now it still rides nice and fits in our current garage door.

I’m a DIY guy myself, I’ve done R&P on an old Yota crawler, but never something this complex. Gotta admit, I’m a little intimidated. Are you happy with the 5.29 ratio and 37s?

Well in that case here's my writeup but do plenty of additional research first - https://frugalfill.com/diy-2nd-and-3rd-generation-toyota-tundra-differential-regear/

I think 5.29 is perfect for 37s and the driving we do. Mostly long interstate trips to get to regions, then as much dirt and offroad as possible, then interstate home. I'm not a speed demon (anymore) so cruising along at 75 is perfect comfortable top speed for me, although it'll sure go faster. My only reservation is that if I ever wanted to drop down to 35s I think it would be overgeared. 4.88 for 35s or high speed 37s would be perfect. For best acceleration on any tire size go 5.29. It's highly personal preference.

Question for the RXT leaf pack users. I got mine directly with no additional lead. To configure my current setup (option 1) and have it set up as option 2 or 3, do I adjust the current leafs or do i need to purchase another leaf from icon?
