Want to put some ridge grapplers on my pro it’s stock height will 275/70r18s fit without trimming or rubbing, or maybe 285/70r18’s?

Both fit a stock Tundra, Pro or the other trims if you are using stock wheels with no issues.

285s should be fine. It’s 295s that will most likely require removal of the smaller front mud flap.

Yes no problem. I have 295's removed front flap. Little rub nothing major. I did have to use bumper spacers though.

    Just get the 275/70/18.
Great size for these trucks, tons of options, good price, not overly heavy compared to bigger tires.
The 33x11 is an excellent choice and yes they will fit even a stick non pro truck.
No cutting, trimming, not taking tight turns, etc.

I'm running NRG 285/70 18s on my Pro. Also have 1.25 spacers. There's a slight rub about 1/2 lock in reverse but at full lock there doesn't seem to be any rub at all. Highly recommend, but the 285s are actually more expensive than 295s, but have not been able to make fit without a lift

275/70/18 fit on any stock tundra. I put them on a non TRD model no issues

I run 275/75/18 on my Pro and they fit nicely and give it a 1/2” lift. I did remove the bumper flap though. It was a little too close for my liking.
