    Hello again,
Sorry to bring up old posts and I’m sure you are tired of hearing the same stuff brought up again and again. I am having trouble finding any posts that answer what I am looking for. So, I have a 2020 4x4 crewmax and would like a front leveling kit but do want to go with the Bilstein adjustable at this point. The truck is pretty much brand new and I feel that small spacers would be fine and then I can do the the new shocks and front adjustable lift when they wear out. I do not want the front to be 100% level as I feel like it may look like the front is actually a bit higher. I would like a small amount of front rake. I also tow a boat and do not want the front-end lift that is so popular today. Are the rough country front spacers good quality, they got great reviews, and would 1.75” be sufficient. Whenever I ask anyone personally I get a million different answers; don’t get spacers, get the 2” spacers, get the 1.75” spacers and so on. I just want my truck to look a little beefier but not 100% level I guess. I apologize for the long question. Thanks in advance!!

Don't get spacer's you will regret it. Do it right and get at least the 5100's they aren't much more than spacers. if you can go with the 6112's buy once cry once.

Kxed. I have heard that is the best option. With regard to front height, what would you recommend setting the front bilsteins at so I don’t have to have them taken back off and adjusted?

The middle setting If you go with the 5100's should give you a slight rake.

I would go with falcon or something else depending on your budget. I’ve had 6112s on previous tundras and I will not be going that route again. They are a very rough ride compared to other options.

I just did 6112s on the 2nd setting (1.3”) and added a 1/4” spacer on drivers side to correct the “Tundra lean.” It is level left to right and it has a slight rake.F8B55EDB-9940-4352-978E-7D7B6E358D17.jpg

I did 6112s at 1.9. Rake is very slight. With TSS you might need to maintain more rake. I did not do anything for Tundra lean. If it is there I don't see it and if it is not noticeable to my eyes I don't care.

Go with 5100's on the middle setting and you will get the exact look you are describing.

Eibachs come preset to level. Adjustable are $850 and prebuilt circling ones are like $600.

I used the 5100s on the middle setting. Front is still 3/4” lower than rear but looks level to me.

Me too- 5100’s on middle setting. Upgraded to 33” Coopers.

I find the ride to be very responsive, secure, and definitely an upgrade compared to factory. 32E370A3-E6FE-4FEF-87E3-DB6B15CE8838.jpg
All safety features and adaptive cruise work perfectly.

The common wisdom is to stay away from spacers. In my relatively short time here I have seen several ‘broken spacer’ threads.

IMO don’t go with spacer, you will regret it later. Buy it nice or buy it twice.

5100 middle setting.. you’ll be happy and have a more “planted” feeling ride.

@biebs96 what size tires? Looking for a similar look and want to keep the factory TRD offroad wheels. Do you have anything else other than 5100's on middle setting? Any direct side pics? Looks great!

nope, just 5100s on the middle.

This one is a little blurry, but it’s a side shot.

I'm assuming you had to remove the front little mud flap, take a little off the skid plate, and mess with the front bumper plastic a little bit? Anything else? No wheel spacers?

no wheel spacers, the front mudflap was already off so any issue from it I’m not sure of and lastly yes I did trim the little wings off of the skid plate.

but overall, this was the least intensive suspension project I’ve ever dealt with.

If you are wanting level and a fantastic ride Falcon is what you seek. Set it to the level setting.
    Way more comfortable than Bilstein.

I also have Coachbuilders +1 shackles in the rear to add just a touch of rake.
    Looks great and rides great.

I have 50k on my 2019, I i just installed new tires and 5100s (along with pads and rotors, and alignment)on the front at the middle setting, without having a rake it would look front high due to the shape of the roof (imo). I have about an inch of rake. The truck looks 1000x better like this. Dont mind the blue coating over the white letters, didnt clean it off before this picture. I just ordeted the 5100s off of Amazon last week.

I was concerned it wouldnt be enough but im glad i didnt go top setting as it would have looked nose high.

New pads and rotors at 50k. You must be hard on brakes.

I would go with a 1 inch spacer since you still want some rake.. 1.75 will probably put the rear end lower than you want after you hook up your boat..

I suppose, but I drive a good bit in hilly areas that require more braking than flat ground, and a good part of my commute is on a highway that gets backed up so I often hit stop and go traffic. I actually thought 50k was decent for front pads, but perhaps Im just used to this type of driving for the past 25 years.

Hills are brake killers. I lived in WV for 4+ years. We were replacing pads at 35 to 40k versus 100k in Texas. Some people like my ex are hard on brakes. With her a foot was on one pedal or the other. She never anticipated anything. On the other hand I am very easy on brakes. After driving manuals for years I use engine braking. I can get over 100k out of brakes.

Did you end up with any drivers side lean? I just installed 6112's on the 1.9 setting. Leveled the truck just like I wanted but now im down on the front drivers side 1/2" to 3/4. I reckon I'll shim it

Riding on 275/70R18 Toyo AT3s w/ 1.75” RC leveling kit.
I had similar back and forth on what I should do, but the due to the back order times on Bilsteins decided to get 1.75” RC front lift since my shocks were still good. Figured might as well get another year of use out of them before complete suspension upgrade.

After checking everywhere for the 6112's with no luck I checked Amazon just for the heck of it. Said they had 3 pair so I went for it and they shipped, got them 4/22. I got lucky.
