WARNING fellow Tundra enthusiasts, this guy is a lying, cheating scam artist. He purposely misrepresented the condition of the grille I purchased from him, and then tried to blame all of the damage on UPS. I returned the grille to UPS so they could access the damage... for an unexplained reason - UPS ended up returning the grille to the seller, so he now has the grille and my money.

Avoid ever doing business with him for anything at anytime. I have his cell # if anyone wants it.

How did you pay him? Did you keep documentation and the UPS tracking numbers?

All of that was hashed out over a month ago... just be warned that the guy is a liar, a cheat, and a scumbag.

I don't think it was that harmless for a few of our members here.

I got the impression that there was more sinister things in the works.

I was able to inform him that Karma will bite his dishonest ass when he least expects it.

The original listing described a used but like new grille, he repeated the claim prior to my purchasing the grille. The lies mushroomed as soon as I confronted him after opening the box and inspecting the POS he sent me. He blames 100% of the blister and cracks in the chrome on UPS, at least UPS charged him when they returned it to him.

Yeah, I remember the original post now. Those blisters don't blister up that fast. Takes awhile after the chrome layer gets compromised. A well placed rock hit starts it. Before it totally blisters up it gets a spidey affect to it. My 14 chrome hood bulge had three spidey actions going on from rock hits. Not totally blistered up to the point of completely separating which it will do eventually. A coworker's 07 grille is blistered badly. He's not too concerned. I may look for a replacement grille for him on Craigslist and give it to him. His 80+ year old mom is dying. He's flying to Bangor tomorrow morning. His 6 other siblings are all supposed to be there in time for Mother's Day. His mother is supposed to make it for a few more days. All his siblings haven't been together since 1990. Quite a sad situation actually. He was quite stressed the last few days. Screw rip off f**ks BTW!
