Chase sapphire preferred here... Can convert to cash/hotel/airline points. 1.0/1.5/1.5. 95 annual fee.
Generally a 725+ score required, two apps within six months screening process. 30% Utilization, most offer 5-10k and raise every 6m. App is chunky, but Amex Gold fee was a tad too high for me.
