Weekend fund raiser BBQ

    sadly one of my co workers
    Wife passed away on Thursday morning. They had been married for over 60 years.
    So the store is having a fund raiser for him on Saturday.
    Some folks are making chili and such. I offered to make some BBQ
    Tonight I will be cooking off a couple butts and maybe some sausages.

    Note I am not seeking any money from anyone. This is a BBQ thread. With that said

    nice! I've been wanting to break out my smoker and smoke some brisket... I live in florida weather is about to be real good to be smoking some BBQ =) what kind of smoker do you have? I have the 22'' Webber smokey mountain.

    These are going on a smoky mountain
    I also use a Weber kettle for smaller cooks
