Not worth having at all. Worthless. I had one on a Corolla that I used to commute to work in Kali. Asswhipes simply cut the steering wheel with large bolt cutters and removed. Prolly took 10 seconds.

Not a big issue on my SR5 with the traditional key in my low crime neighbourhood but I throw the steering wheel lock on if I won't be driving for a while.

I bet, in Aurora it's a little rough there in my opinion. I've only hear nothing but bad news there about cars left and right. Can't avoid it like the potholes there is scoured everywhere there

My residential neighborhood in Aurora is quite nice. No issues. No pot holes. City road crew is pretty good actually with a decent budget. Aurora has nice areas and not so nice areas just like Denver. I rarely go to downtown Denver unless to go watch my Dodgers beat the Rockies. Ha! My Corolla incident was in California years ago. LA actually.

Oh yeah I did just misread the part saying it happened in Cali. Other than that I guess I'm the only one that goes over the roads with potholes lol

You need to take a different route! Seriously, I'm not far from the new VA and medical center. Traffic is the biggest problem and getting worse. The good thing is some decent restaurants keep opening up.

I think anything you can do to make them pick one that is not protected is not worthless, even if easily defeated.

But I am glad now too that I have to use the key to make mine go!

That Corolla was actually recovered. Steering wheel was trashed and there were bullet holes in the radiator and in the passenger side door. To make it worse the Official Police Garage contractor called me 3 days after they impounded it and naturally charged me 3 days impound fees. OPG's are the biggest scam. I'm still ticked about that and it was over 20 years ago! Ha!

    Thats crazy too!
There used to be an impound lot underneath my shop and I would get a dozen angry people a week thinking I was the office for it!
They never answered the phones and were rarely on the property either and then would jab people for the fees though they were never around.
Assholes really in every way and protected by the law too.
They towed a lot with no real reason but had authority?

That's funny but sucks. In LA the OPG contract is worth millions. MILLIONS. No way the decision makers on who gets the contract aren't getting in on some $$$.

Sure would not surprise me at all.
When he moved from under me he asked me to do the electronics in his new place and I chose to let him find another accomplice.

I have a 2016 limited double cab, Does anyone know where to access the fuel pump wires (especially as they run through the cab). I am looking to find the ground wire for the fuel pump to install a kill switch. If not, do you know if I can I tap into the wires to the fuel pump control module above the drivers rear wheel? if so, which wire there???
I am not interested in tapping into a hot wire, or fuse box or relay.

    thank you

Best way to prevent theft, pull the ignition fuse, place it in extra fuse slot.

I live in the mountains with a really long driveway. We keep our FOBS in a Faraday when we aren't using them. I have a shotgun next to the bed and a pistol in my night stand. I am glad we moved out of the Denver area.
