Help with rivet removal

    Does anyone know how remove a bolt like this? No head to grip. I don’t see any threads:/

    what type of bolt is this.

    Not a bolt. That looks like a rivet. Won't be removing that one without buying a new part. What is that anyway?

    Its like a rivet. you will have to cut and replace with bolt and nut. Key to remember is the rivet while holding everything together doesn't "squeeze the joint". where a nut and bolt will, why are you taking it apart?

    So the seat belt connector keeps falling down. When I put the back seats down the seat belt buckle stays on the ground so u have to stick your hand inside the pocket to pick up the seat belt connector. It’s a hassle. I exactly wanted to replace with a bolt washer and nut and tight it to where the seat belt connector stays up forever
