What custom mods have you done to your truck? Stuff you can't just buy and apply? Saw this guy doing a custom Diamond plate door panels and thought of this

I saw pics of where the cutouts are for the ESP(?) under seat storage, cut out the carpet and foam, then built boxes to fit. Then built a top to fit nicely around the seat mounts.
I used 1/2” plywood for the boxes, and 3/4” for the lids. Then Raptor lined.

    LOL. You’re welcome.

OP, don’t wanna drift your thread any more. Great topic. Can’t wait to see what other folks have done. (Sadly I don’t have any creative contributions.)

    Too many…scratch that…not done yet.
    Here’s a few of mine...

Customized side view mirrors with DRL (switched) and amber turn signal (sequential flash). Details here

    Carbon fiber interior parts.
Technically the vinyl is a buy and apply, but i consider it customized...it certainly was as time consuming as other custom mods.
Details and pics here and here.

Custom a-pillar suede and leather handle wrap, to match steering wheel leather cover.
Details and pics here, here, and here

Red valve covers. Technically a little paint, but again I consider it customized given the work involved. Oh yea...some carbon work applied to the engine parts during the same time.
    Details and pics here.

Under seat storage with locking compartment.
    Details and pics here.

Retrofit my stock headlights with projectors and custom built signal housings. I built the signal covers out of frosted/black plexiglass and epoxied them in place. Then painted with Blue Ribbon Metallic.

Holy s#*t!!! I knew you had some custom head lights...I didn’t realize you custom built the signal housing?!?!

This has got me thinking I might need to get my old halogens out and start a new project...
