With the Westcott lift, I have 35x12.5x18 Grabbers and there is just a little rubbing at lock on the front mud flaps. I have the Coachbuilder front bumper shims so the air deflectors are not a problem but I will do a little heat gun action on the flaps or maybe a little trim to stop the rubbing at some point. Jeff Westcott advises to remove the air deflector and the front mud flaps and there will be no rubbing but I wanted to keep them as much as I could.

Got the Westcott Design lift installed today. It gave me 1” in back and 2” up front from center of wheel to fender. Eliminated the 1” rake from factory and cleared 35” tires on Method MR312’s with +18 OS no problem without a BMC. It eliminated body roll and the dip in the front end when you brake. Overall, very satisfied! Overall ride hight is 3 1/2” higher in front and 2 1/2” higher in rear with new tires and lift. I adjusted air pressure to 37psi in front and 40psi in back and rides like a dream.

Hey guys just wanted to ask on the forum first if the westcott Design is compatible with any Bilsteins. Ive seen mainly on Pros but ive also seen a video on their ig and some pictures that the WC collar kit is mounted on Bilsteins 4600 to 5100 and maybe Toyota oem black shocks? Can anyone confirm this.

    Thanks

I had the readylift +2 sitting around for a while. My topper with a Prinsu caused a little sag, add 250lbs of dogs in the back and I really noticeably sagged so I just thew on the rear blocks. (that's my 4R in the photo too)

Did you use the 1” inch rear block Wescott provides in their kit or did you use another method to raise the rear? Stance looks great.

Anyone here has added a front winch with either set up?

Any thoughts from anyone that did the whole Westcott lift? Did it make the ride a little stiffer? I know all of the systems are going to make the tundra feel different in the ride. When I did my AG 4runner pro I added the new Eibach springs to lift it higher. So I could run 285’s. All I can say it made my 4runner ride and handle better. It stiffened the ride up just a bit so no nose dive on braking. I feel the tundra rides just like the 4runner Pro nice ride but I feel it should be a little firmer. That why I ask if anyone did the front and rear westcott lift to see if it firmed up the tundra ride. Thanks.

The hidden mount right? that's the one I've been looking at, did it bring down the front after the +2? I just want to maintain the OEM front height with the winch.

Interested in lifting my Pro and leaning toward the Westcott front & rear. She’s a daily driver and pulls a bass boat & small trailer from time to time. No major overlanding trails. Has anyone went with Westcott and regretted it?

Had her back for a few months now. 2" Ready Lift. Love it. No issues except now I have to replace both lower control arms as the bolts are all seized and it cant be aligned. Did not have another $1,500 in my $1,500 budget. I'm procrastinating at this point since I really don't notice it while driving. The beauty of living by the ocean. My local mechanic used to work on boats and said when they do fix it to have them put some type of marine anti-rust/corrosion on all the connections. Can't recall the name but I did right it down if anyone is interested in the product.

After much contemplation & research, I went with the Westcott Designs Fox TRD Pro Lift Kit. I think I spoke with everyone at Westcott Designs with the exception of Jeff, multiple times. I told them I was indecisive regarding what to do with the rear, whether I want to use their block or go Coachbuilder Shackles. They spoke very highly of Coachbuilder and stated they use their products (not sure which) in their shop, but after he told me that the blocks they fabricate along with everything else in the kit wouldn’t produce any problems in the long run and that Toyota dealerships are using their lift kit products all over America, I went with the full lift kit. After having the kit installed, I can’t tell a difference at all in the ride. 100% the same. The look is extremely impressive in my opinion. I’m one happy customer.

Tires - I went with 295/70/18 Toyo AT3’s and couldn’t be happier. I was worried about road noise, but I’m not hearing much at all. As everyone knows, tires are hard to find and nearly everyone wanted to charge over $100 just to have them shipped in. Discount Tire found 4 in Florida and all I had to do was put down a $25 deposit to get them here. I was also given a 10% discount for being a veteran. I’m just as happy with my tires as I am with the Westcott Lift Kit.

Looking at going from the readylift plus 2 to the Westcott collar for the front. The readylift was installed when I bought the truck. Will I have a straight forward switch? Need any original parts? Will the readylift UCA's work with the Westcott collars?

I just received my Westcott front and CB +3 shackles. For those with the Westcott kit, did you guys install the kit yourself or did you take it to a shop? I called a couple of shops and they are not familiar with the kit, but are willing to install it for me. My local 4WP is the only shop that “heard” about the company, but has never installed it. It makes me a little weary of taking it in to a shop that’s not familiar with it, but I also don’t have the tools to do it myself either. Please let me know what you guys did with your truck. Thanks!

I took it to a shop that installs a lot of Rough Country lifts. They never heard of Westcott and I pointed them to the website. They charged me $500 for the install. Everything came out great with no problems.

Those who had it done, much did you spend to get your Westcott lift installed at the shop?

I called three shops and their quotes ranged from $700-$750! I ended up doing it myself with a couple of buddies. It’s a fairly straightforward and simple install with proper tools. Send me a direct message and I can give you more info on how we seated the collar without a vice or a press like they used in the video.

What size CB did you put in the back? +2 or +3?
I have CB+2 in the back and wanting to get westcott lift and use the block. So CB+2 plus the 1inch block (2.25" total in back). Everything I'm reading on seems this wont' be a problem? I also have a TRD rear sway bar and I think an extra 1inch shouldn't' be issue with the sway bar too.
