Is there a fix or any tips for the front windows being so slow? What causes it..."grabbing" in the seals?

When it came to things like this, make sure there is nothing mechanically binding the window regulator and/or window movement. After this is done, I've always used Honda "shin etsu" grease on the window channel guides/seals, or in a hasty fix, silicone spray works well with a little extension and sprayed directly into the window channel.

The grease is also great for conditioning pretty much anything that is plastic or rubber, like door seals ;)

the whistling can be solved with some dry silicon spray in the channel

When I had my 97 GMC doors apart fixing the window motors I cleaned up the tracks and seals, re-greased everything and cleaned and conditioned all the rubber stuff. used 303 on the rubbers after cleaning. used a little silicon spray as will in the rubber channels and they run smooth, quick and quiet. My tundra windows both work decent, but can be squeaky at times and I can tell there is a bit of stickiness. I need to at least get in there and clean and condition up the rubber parts and I'm sure that will tune them right up. Need to do this on my Lexus LS as well as the windows are getting a little slow with a lot of squeaking and some chattering.
