Another issue for scs to consider is what the bolt pattern/offset requirements will be on the redesigned tundra

true but lots of gen 2's, 2.5" and sequoias/cruiser on the road already. Plus scs seems to do small batches anyways.

The F5s will sell themselves if they made them for the tundra in 17" and 18"

I think if people started seeing F5s on tundras (in person or through forums), and they weren't familiar with the wheel, they would find out more then buy them... just like I did with F5s for my Tacoma.

It's all about getting the wheel out there on trucks as advertisement.

The mold for the tundra bolt pattern wouldn't be a loss in profit.

I agree. There are a lot of us here who would love that wheel on the 2007-2021 Tundra. I just don’t think he wants to do it. Multiple people have been asking for a long time, and nothing has happened.

I had the F5’s on my 4runner Pro and sold them because I’m trading it. I agree I would think they would awesome on the tundra. That’s why I’m not going to rush out when they come available for the S8’s and Ray10’s.

I'm in if this ever takes off.

@SCSPerformance Vin, how many committed sets would convince you to make a mold??

This summer, we will reconsider offering an 18" F5 or our new Gen5 model. We need to get through a few busy months first before we start on this project.

These wheels are awesome minus one thing which honestly I think is huge issue.
I could be wrong as I am wrong a lot but I know for me I would absolutely love these in Gunmetal but I don’t want to see the hub bearing dust cap.
    ****Flame Suit On****
On these trucks they just look cheap and unfinished.
Yes, I know there was a time with manual hubs there was nothing you could about it but with current 4wd vehicles and no need to see or access the hub it looks like you just scrounged up some set of wheels and slapped it on.
Maybe it is just me and my OCD but you show me this wheel not installed on a truck and I think absolute fire!!
Then I see them on a truck and that dust cap is just there smiling at me puts that fire out.

    Just my 2 cents.
Not a knock on SCS at all I love your wheels and hope to have a set some day but my thoughts hold true across the board where one does not have a clean center cap option.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion. For us, this wheel design and along with the new Gen5 just didn't look right with a center cap so we left it out. We see other 5 star wheels from other brand with center caps and it just doesn't cut it for me personally. There's a reason why the F5 sells out constantly even after 9yrs on the market. The no cap look has a lot do with it whether anyone wants to believe it or not.

And that is why you all make money making wheels and I would not.
My OCD can keep me from seeing the big picture.

The K5s on these trucks would be absolute fire by the way!

Alright! I think you’d get better reception here with the +18 - +25 offset of the F5’s rather than the higher negative offset of the gen 5, but I’m sure they’ll look awesome either way.

Hell if they make these in +12 or +18 offset I'd buy it right now. I think that's the perfect offset for the Tundra.

No way! That’s awesome. I had almost given up on y’all. Glad I hadn’t pulled the trigger on anything else yet. What offset are you looking at offering the F5 with? +18? +25?
