RCI Off Road Spring 2021 - CLOSED

6 weeks and waiting

 

Not to repeat myself but, 40 day turnaround + shipping, steel skid plate engine and tranny, it's on the way. In the garage as we speak. Install Monday.

 

Ordered full skids for the GX on February 9th and got the shipping notice yesterday.

 

All but the fuel tank skid came today. 45 minutes later and..... Fuel tank skid is supposed to be here before 9pm.

 

No worries. There will be another one

Called RCI a couple days ago, they're working on aluminum racks this week apparently. Fingers crossed mine comes in a couple more weeks

Thanks for the great pics in the thread! After trashing the stock TRD tin can skid plate and debating whether aluminum TRD Pro plate would be a wise choice, I found this thread and pulled the trigger on the steel RCI skid plate.

Meh, "offroad"... A bit of ice and it's done.

 

Anyone receive any of their orders recently. 8 weeks and still nothing

 

I’m a bit over 9 weeks on my sliders, nothing yet. When I checked in with RCI I was told “3-4 weeks” and that was on 3/12.

It’s all estimates, not exact deadlines. I figure another week or two and if nothing I’ll check in with them again.

All my skid plates showed up the last couple days.

 

I got all my stuff last week. Skid plate is done. Finishing up the bed rack and awning mount

 

Spoke with Chris @ RCI just now, my bedrack is finishing powdercoat and should be shipping next week!
