Haven't needed to tow anything yet, so I'm not sure what this button does

Just by looking at the picture I think it sets your tire pressure at a certain PSI. I could be completely wrong.

That resets your tpms. Right now it's set for factory specs but if you wanted to increase or decrease the air pressure in your tires you would use that button to reset the tpms monitor system. Basically the light on the dash will warn you if your tire pressure is a certain % below what it is set at . If your tpms is set for 35psi then when It goes below that by a certain amount the light comes on. If you want to run your tires at a different psi fill the tires to your desired psi then hit the reset button and now your tpms light will come on if your psi goes below a certain % of the psi you out your tires at. Hope that makes sense.

That is to reset and reprogram the TPMS in the tires. If you rotate tires, air up tires etc..... It is a good idea to reset and let the vehicle relearn the sensors and their positions on the truck.

Mine didn't do squat when I changed to different tires with new TPMS. I followed the instructions exactly as written in the manual.

Same as on my '09 Highlander, trying to get the TPMS light on the dash to go out.

I haven't even looked for it on my '07 Tundra since the light is not on.

Nope, not gonna mess with it!
