So I've installed the ARB HighFlow Onboard Air Compressor. As most of you know the ARB switch does not fit our trucks. Despite the switch not fitting, I installed it anyway and ensured the compressor was working and was working perfect with the ARB switch. CH4x4 switches do fit, so I purchased one. I then noticed this handy install instructions on our site. You can see the wire to wire connection in the top left.

So I connected all the wires with butt connectors...

Here I may have messed up? I just connected both black grounds to the one black on the switch, is this ok?

Heres a look at the ARB switch, from the back, its a 5 prong.

Heres the front of the switch for completeness

If the two grounds to one is not the issue...should I just try swapping the two red wires coming from the switch to see if that will work? Thanks for any input.

For the illumination wire, has anybody taken the BLUE/WHITE illumination wire on the ARB harness and spliced into an illumination wire off one of the factory switches?

If doing so this way, can we skip having to use a FUSE TAP into the fusebox for illumination?
