Loss of power and jumping of truck

    2001 toyota tundra sr5 4.7 v8
    Nothing yet but came with rough country shocks and 33' mud tires just got to replace first car in october and also replaced battery with interstate and new alternator oh ya the truck has been rolled and fixed back up newer 4.7 od says 130,000 but engine was replaced when flipped at 100,000 so 30,000 on motor and 130,000 on everything else
    So lately my trucks been giving me hell ever once in awhile it started one day on my way home on the highway and my truck out of nowere started to lose speed then i couldnt go over 40 so babyed back home
    Now my truck is doing something similar were ill get to bout the 40s and it will jump the gear i guess and hesitate the keep going any body have similar wanna fix this problem

    When was the ATF changed last along with filter? What year you have man?

    Its a 2001 sr5 woth the 4.7 v8 and i have know clue when it was changed just got the truck right before the winter time
