Anyone regret going to 275/70/18’s on their stock Tundra?

I will be upgrading to the Nitto ridge grappler 285/70r18 next week. The Falken’s measured size is 32.25”x11.4” I perceive them to be too small for the truck post lift, so hopefully this increase will suffice!
No problem with Falken, just look at all that exposed wheel well. Also do not want to “stuff” the tire in with a 285/75r18

I’m not sure what that truck is, but I have 17s on my 2019 platinum. There’s a little less than 1” clearance between caliper and rim.

Ok thanks I have a 20 TRD Sport and with 20” wheels the front calipers clear the rim by maybe 1 1/8” so I was concerned about going with 18” wheels, funny thing is my spare is an 18” wheel so I’m assuming it should be ok.

I haven’t fit them yet, but the other post is from a stock TRD pro which has a 2” front lift. I have approximately 2.5” in the front and 1” in the rear. From what I’m seeing this should work.

Nice setup. I just picked up a 2020 Platinum Crewmax in smoke mesquite comes with 20's. Want to swap for Fuel blitz in dark tint, looks bronze, to match truck color but tossed on sticking with 20's and going 275/60/20 or down to 18's and going 275/70/18. Don't plan on lifting truck. Both rim sizes come +20 offset.

I'm running that size with Goodyear Wrangler UltraTerrain AT's on stock TRD wheels. I have an 08 on stock TRD shocks. Love them. Running spacers now too and no rub. I did need to remove the little front mud flaps, but I was planning on that regardless. Go for it!

Toyo ATIII are the lightest I have found. 51-53lbs depending on the site. I think I’ll go with them.

If running stock 18” off road wheels, do you think removing the front flaps would be enough? Do you think I’d have to trim the cab side flaps like you did? Thanks.
