I installed some new Hertz speakers in the front doors, as they were both blown. Also, put in some Sound Ordnance speakers in the rear doors because why not.

    Made a video :)

Were they blown or were they just in need of a $20 foam kit? The factory JBL system is decent.

Looks like you went straight for the middle setting. She looks tight and right and ready to fight. Really does make driving fun with this mod. Glad you are enjoying it.

Nice intro and graphics. I was hoping you’d play something off the HU and perform some video effect like shaking the frame to the beat to show how loud they can get.

I was a little hesitant to play music as youtube flags copyrighted music. That's partly because I have the stock stereo and can only play the radio and CD's. Maybe a new stereo is a project down the line :)

I've been driving a lot of back roads recently and they have dips and swells everywhere. At 50 you get tossed around a bit and 70 you better hold on to something, now she rides through pretty firm and body control is tremendously better.

And the turns are good too

Yeah. It was a night and day difference for me on all things. Twisty back roads, high speed lane changes, long turn exit/entry ramps all made fun again. Whoever is on the fence get one now. Looks like they dropped back down in price.

I have about 250 miles of driving since installed. The amount of little wiggles and jiggles from everyday driving that have disappeared is incredible, truck feels solid. Bad thing is it has me thinking about the motor mounts now. 15'sh years old and the vibration from the engine is telling me new mounts might make this thing feel new. It's really coming together finally

Other than the Front End Rebuild by others, the Hellwig 7700 has been the 2nd best mod for me. It was a real changer for the truck.

Motor mounts looks like a gnarly job. Mine seem fine so glad for that, but might change them with new shorty headers if I ever do them.

My truck is RWD so the motor mounts are a bit easier to get to. My mounts look fine but I know the engine vibration that I'm feeling means they might have dried out a bit.
Long tube headers and exhaust are on my wish list for next year, that's gonna hurt $$

My favorite fishing spot is up a windy mountain road. I usually pull to the side for people wanting to drive faster cause I like to take it easy but I do get crazy sometimes... after the hellwig sway bars, had an Accord behind me one day... couldn’t see him in my rear view after I showed him what my Tundy was made of.
