Just bought a 2016 Tundra TSS. Essentially a SR5 with some cosmetic bells and whisltes as far as I can tell. Has anyone added updrages such as intakes, exhausts or tuners? Is it worth it and is it a good idea?

Welcome. The consensus is that you add an intake for under the hood bling 'cause that's about all you'll get out of it. You add exhaust for sound and you'll probably see a small decrease in MPG if you go duals. Ask Keith, @dirtydeeds about all such questions. He's really helpful and available. The tuner can help a lot with the sluggish acceleration of the 3rd gens. I'm running a Bully Dog tuner but a Dap tune would be nice.

I'm also looking for a tuner. I just installed my Bamuffler 6" and I already had a S&B CAI. I haven't test drove it enough yet! I don't have time like I used to with a 1 year old son!

    Lots o’ mods
Can’t say enough about Keith and Dirty Deeds. He’s been tremendously helpful to me. Just installed an 8” BAMuffler system, and it’s just about perfect. You can’t go wrong. 295722D5-F144-4399-803D-179ED74F4A61.jpg

Give Keith Carty of Dirty Deeds Industries a call at 760-877-4234. He is the master of Tundras and can answer any questions you have. Phone calls are really the best way to get ahold of Keith.

We sell the BullyDog and the Pedal Commander. Since it is a '16, I would go BD over Pedal Commander personally. Your single best improvement will be a catback system from us!!! Check out the attached.
