You should think about adding the Daystar Craddles. It will save the bags from possibly tearing when the Tundra is up un a lift being serviced.

Firestone bags with daystar cradles . I have a decked system installed with a ARE cap with toytec boss shackles and shocks. Running about 20lbs in each and the ride is as good as stock with the ability of full articulation.

NONE! Lasted about a month, Firestone bags, Decked system, ARE CX HD, WeatherTech mats/rainguards, TRD RSB...
Anyone use anti-sieze or pipe tape on any of the connections? Hoping to install mine this weekend.

I used thread tape on the brass air fittings.

Same. Then air it up and spray all the connections with soapy water.

So if I go with Firestone bags and daystar cradles, how often do I need to check the bags to make sure they still have the minimum psi?

I tow a camper 5-10 times a year and sometimes I have an atv in the bed, but 90% of the time I run empty.

I can just see myself forgetting to check the psi and running empty on accident due to temperature changes.

You’ll most likely notice if one side is off. But I check mine every few weeks since my wireless pump crapped out on me.

With your firestone and cradles did you have to add spacers since you have shackles?

There are many ways to deal the house, we choose not to use airbags because they offer no dampening or ride quality (only lift).

You need to explain to me what’s going on here. How does work for a heavy load and sagging? New to all these suspension options.

Yeah it’s a 2.5” emulsion shock. Takes care of load, sway, dampening, and allows for full articulation.

I believe it’s 2445 for the simple setup. Not sure what the F3wireless add on was.

My coworker had the whole thing installed with the wireless
Remote at LesShwab for 499. Cheaper than I bought my kit for. Unless he’s lying to me.

Truck just came back from some warranty work at the dealer, won’t get into that, but it looks like that top bag is sucked into a vacuum and bottom bevel is fine. I ran these on my Tacoma and never experienced this weird bag sag up top. This is with 20psi in each bag. Anyone got an idea what’s happening?

I had Sierra Expeditions install my bags and cradles and he ran the lines out through the license plate. I always have a small compressor even though I don’t use them too much, since we sold the travel trailer.

I put SumoSpring Bumpstop on to help while towing my Travel Trailer. Is saw someone put bags behind the bump stop, that help as well with the sag? Upgrading to a 5th wheel, so wondering if that helps as well. Thanks

    This.

Had a bit of sag, bouncing, and sway towing a 21' boat with the TRD Pro suspension.

Installed the bags and tow the boat with 15 to 20 PSI and bad behaviors are no more. Unloaded I run the bags at 3 to 5 PSI and do not notice a difference in ride from stock.

Most don't install a weight distribution hitch on a trailer for a 21' boat and the airbags solved all towing problems with this load given the cushy TRD Pro suspension.
