I drove her a little bit too hard and broke a leaf spring. I want to get better than OEM or at least something with a little lift. Is there any quality bolt options other than deevers? Is there any OME springs that will bolt on? I live in a dorm so I can't fabricate much and all i can do is bolt something right in.
Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated

Alcan leaf springs based in Colorado Springs makes custom leaf packs, but they are pricey.

I requested 500# capacity above OEM, and a 2 inch lift. Both were met. My expectations were exceeded by them.

I can attach pictures later on.

I just ordered a HD pair for my 2WD 2002 Tundra, they are $50 more each than the HD for the 4WD. I have the Addco 2181 rear sway bar kit waiting to be installed once I get my springs, she's gonna handle like a Vette!

@Lil Steve Let us know how the HD pair handle with no load. Like if they ride too rough or not.

One of our members here ordered the HD and said they were pretty smooth with 300lbs in the back. Yeah curious on more feedback with no load.

Check your local truck spring shop.

The one here is the best source for spring rebuilds and especially u-bolts. Walked in, told em it was a Tundra and I didn't know the u-bolt size. They took out the huge book and went an bent them up on the spot to spec. $12.

Also had them rebuild the spring packs for an old jeep.

I've put several hundred miles on the HD springs with no load and they ride great! Definitely not rough or harsh, I've gone over railroad track crossings, speedbumps, broken pavement, etc. I've only experienced positive feedback.

@Lil Steve Thank you for the feedback! I am trying to decide between the HD or the OE style springs.

As of now I see no downside to the added capacity of the HD springs. Well, not true, it's a little more difficult for me to climb onto the tailgate since it's about 1.5" taller. Any higher and I'd need a stepstool! :p

If you intend to have any kind of weight or tow, even just once in awhile, I think the HD springs would be beneficial. I hauled about 800lbs in the bed this weekend and the truck handled great, never noticed the weight was back there.
