Good morning. I own a 2000 Tundra. 3.4L. I'm having trouble turning my key to start my truck. It will allow me to unlock the wheel but not position over to ACC. or any further. I bought a new cylinder with key, but in order to eject the old part out, it needs to rotate to ACC. In order to get to work I've already bypassed the cylinder and used a tool to manually turn the ignition "module" down stream of the whole cylinder assembly. ignition.jpg

Looks like you are working it out. Take more pics and walk us through this if you don’t mind. Should be good for future reference for others.
