    Hello,

My roof weatherstripping is fading. I've heard about stuff that you can adhesive over top of them to make them look good again. Has anybody used this or know of any that would fit my access cab? Not looking for cheap ones that will crack in a few months though haha. Thanks!

Oh yeah, I'd believe it. Mine are turning white in places. I got vinyl gloss black to go over my fender flares, black trim on bumper, grill, and side rails, but I AM NOT doing this for the roof too. Especially when I've seen 3M covers on vehicles before, just want to make sure it's a solid option.

You can try painting them but it will be a temporary fix. I painted mine but they really need to be replaced.

I really don't want to, because I don't think vinyl paint will last that long on that material. But, if it comes down to it and there's no better option I might have to.

Mine are stretching out. I'm not sure how that happens, black Tundra problems I guess.

Try Mothers brand Back to Black, Walmart should have it in the automotive section.

I replaced mine. BUT regular cabs are shorter and in turn much cheaper.
