I've got 5100's on my 02 AC, with unknown springs (17mm bar diameter, so likely OME 2885). I've only got about 19.5" from hub center to fender on the 3rd notch. I'm probably 1-2" away from level which is the goal. I'm running 265/75R16 with 1.25" spacers to eliminate frame rub at full lock.

I purchased the spring/shock set off Craigslist, wish I knew exactly what spring it was. Maybe that's why I'm not getting much lift? I noticed on 1stgenoffroad.com they actually recommend installing the spring clip on the lowest setting for the most lift. Seems counter-intuitive.

I've already dropped the diff, wondering if anyone has any experience getting to 21"? Higher notch isn't advised by Bilstein but maybe with UCAs I can get there safely?

Being a Hand Model, all I can do is say look at this link for some ideas until the really cool suspension guys show up. Hope this helps.

Good link—thanks for the help. According to Festerw "I've got OME 2885 coils on Bilstein 5100s on the lowest perch with SPC uppers and Icon 1.5 progressive progressive add a leafs. Front is 21.5"

I should try the lower perch.

Your hand modeling is appreciated (and guides).

Sure thing. Nice Flat Bed you have. Is your truck 4WD?

    Yes it’s 4WD.

bed is from Australia through an importer called Ute Ltd out of Seattle. Not fully assembled yet! Still need to add the headache rack and side boards.

The issue is likely the unknown spring. Lowering the perch is unlikely to lift the truck. I'm guessing the spring is not what it is thought to be. Damn you Craigslist!!! Do you still have your stock springs?

I don’t... I assumed they were worse than the new-to-me ones..

The assembled coils actually came with what I assume were a Tacoma shock mount that I had to have a shop swap over. I wonder if 1stgenoffroad will sell me new coils/mount/isolators

Yes, all of those parts are on the website.

Lowering the clip will lower the truck, not raise it. Your best bet is to get now coils, either OME or Dobinson. Or get some junkyard Toyota coils and go to the 3rd perch on the Bilsteins.
