When driving on dirt washboard roads I get a constant hard knocking near drivers tire. Other than that only happens occasionally when I’m turning right on unlevel pavement. Has anyone experienced this? Help- it’s too loud for radio to cover and I don’t want to be in the middle of the desert stranded. I appreciate you!

Sounds like something is loose or worn out. Check your sway bar links, they might've worked themselves loose and need tightening, or the bushings are worn out. Another possibility could be your lower control arm bushings. I've experienced front end noises from both of these scenarios. I would start with the sway bar links.

It might be worth it to check the wheel bearings too. Get the front tires off the ground and try spinning them with the truck in 2WD to see if you can replicate the noise. While the tires are off the ground, push against the top and bottom of the tires to see if they wobble or give much play.
