2007 Tundra Sunroof troubleshooting

Hi,

Was hoping I might find someone that can help troubleshoot and issue in having after replacing some components on my Sunroof. I now have controls working on my sunroof but it's not back to normal. When I press the OPEN button, nothing happens. But when I press the Tilt UP button, the Sunroof will open about 6 inches. Then I can use the Sunroof OPEN button to open it all the way. But once it's open all the way, the Sunroof CLOSE button won't get it to start moving and I'd have to help it a little. Once it moves off the fully open position I can use the Sunroof OPEN and CLOSE button with no issue. The TILT OPEN button only slides open the Sunroof the 6 inches I mentioned earlier. It will not tilt the glass UP at all.

Hope someone can help.

 

I wish my truck did not have a sunroof. Never use it and I know it will give me problems in the future.
