PRO GRILLE BLACKOUT

I know its not a big deal but in my OCD fed, never ending quest to eliminate anything not black on my 2019 TRD PRO I just finished and installed these yesterday. I was going to paint or plasti dip the existing gray lettering but I figured they would chip and scratch pretty quick by rocks/pebbles. So I found a local guy who does 3D printing and had it done. They just required a litte wet sanding to smooth them out. I really think the OCD is starting to get the better of me.

Its the lighting. It definitely is black compared ti the gray that was there. Will try to take a comparison pic but its raining like a mofo here

I feel your OCD pain, I know the struggle..
Had my letters painted, I just couldn't have the silver letters on an MGM truck.

I did the same.. I like the look a lot better as well.

 

They were $12 per letter. So $60 total

 

Very nice. I hate plastic trying to look like metal. Definitely interested in doing the same thing.

 

Cheaper than what I paid to have mine painted.
Also like you stated, they won't chip like paint.
