I changed the 7 pin connector on my trailer and Tundra. Brake and signals work (LED) no tail or running lights. the 30A tow fuse is good and I had the Tow relay checked and that also is good.
Plugged it into a buddy's truck and everything works.
    Ideas/suggestions?

    What year is your Tundra?

I suspect you have no power on “pin 3” of your truck connector, but using a test light to check that pin and all others for power with only the park / tail lights turned on would be my first step.
