I have a 2002 Toyota tundra sr5. I have lights under tailgate , lights over step side, getting ready to add roof top clearance lights, and gonna add two 15" turn signal/ clearance lights on front. All lights are led's. Do you think I should change the fuse and upgrade to a 5 amp more type fuse. Any advise appreciated.

Absolutely not. The fuse is rated for the wire gauge that's in place.

Those LEDs likely won't draw enough to make a difference.

Good thing about LED’s is they draw less amps by a significant ratio. You can add a ton more LED lights and still stay under the Fuzes Amp Rating. Your truck engine/alternator will be happier and more efficient.

Do your own math. Check the Fuse Rating and then look at the draw of your new lights and subtract the difference of the old lights.

There are watts/volts/amps calculators on the internet for conversions.

Hey I got another question for you. I know there has been alot of discussion on hood scoops. I know the fake ones dont have a purpose. But I like the looks. So two questions(1) will there be much air drag and (2) when water gets in through the front screen do u think in time will it mess up the paint or cause damage to the hood. Thanks in advance for ur response.

If you're going faux scoop, just get one that sticks to the hood that doesn't have an opening. No cutting, no real opening for water to get in. Yes it will likely mess up your paint over time. Yes it will look a little silly to others, especially if it's not functional. Probably won't create much drag since there's no air inlet. But you do you and enjoy your truck the way you want to.

I’d be concerned like Karen that my Starter would get wet and all jacked up with the Scoops.

You bring up a good point - plural. Everyone knows 2 scoops are better than 1.
