I dunno if anyone here is familiar with The Seat Shop in Plano, TX. I've used them in two other vehicles I've owned, they legitimately make OEM-replica seat covers, to OEM spec, and at a cost that's more affordable than Katzkin, and a closer replica in materials, colors etc than US Auto, Richmond, etc.

Not saying Katzkin isn't great, but it's fairly spendy, I prefer an OEM look, and not the less-than-OEM look and fitment a lot of the places selling through eBay. If you want to see what makes The Seat Shop different, this video is a great summary (and demonstrates how damn frustrating it is to buy new covers). If you're impatient, watch the first 4mins, then skip to 8min to see the differences.

After a failed experience ordering a replacement grey leather drive arm rest assembly, I checked their website to see if After a quick chat with them today, this is what me and a friend found out:

So it looks like we may finally have an OEM-replica DIY leather option coming sooner than later!

Sub'd for shits and giggles. My seats will eventually need to be replaced, at least the fronts. And a steering wheel redo would be nice too. Already flipped and swapped the arm rests to get some more mileage out of them.

I've been checking back once a month at their site to see if they've got anything for Toyota for 2006 (earliest year today is 2007).

As soon as I see it go live, I'll come back and update this thread, tagging everyone that's replied in it.
