After depressing my AC button the compressor clutch kicks in for a second or two and the AC light starts blinking and the clutch releases. Hooked up some gauges on the freon lines shows about 100psi on the low side. Tried swapping relays for the AC/heater and checked the fuses are all ok. Anyone have any troubleshooting tips to further diagnose the Haynes manual is kinda vague on the AC issues

    Thanks

I had a problem on my 02 with A/C working intermittently, turned out after the mechanics replaced the t-belt/water pump they forgot to hook up the ground from the A/C compressor. Might be a ground :fingerscrossed:

Thanks, checked the ground is good. I am hoping for something simple and not a new compressor

    Try the relay first.
