Ribs look good, love the shine.
Those beans will accompany my next batch of ribs, probably two weeks from now.

Can you share quantities for the beans? Also hot sauce recipe.
    Yeah, I'm needy.

The hot sauce is actually made by my buddies wife. Every year she gives me some. She has threatened him with death if he ever shares the recipe but it's the best sauce I've ever had.

For the beans I just used 2 family sized cans. This batch turned out terrific!! The smoked ribs tips in there are clutch

I guess it's not worth somebody's life for hot sauce. Maybe...depends on how good it is and if it can look like an accident.

For the beans I was asking about the other ingredients. At least a starting point. I usually follow a recipe exactly the first time and take notes about adjustments that I'd make.

Half a stick of butter. Dice 1 white onion and fry in melted butter. Add as much garlic as you want. I used a large spoon of the stuff in a jar. Once the onions are sauted then add the rib tips (I smoked these the week prior). I didn't measure the maple syrup, marinara or hot sauce. Just threw in what I felt was enough.

I smoked the ribs and beans using hickory. The beans you are basically just heating up but I would make sure to leave it on the grill for at least 15-20 so it gets good smoke
