    Hello Fellow AZ Folks,

I had a quick question concerning tire selection in the AZ and surrounding areas. While I'm waiting for my remaining goodies to show up, I find myself in analysis paralysis mode concerning tire selection. For the primary use case the truck will be my daily driver (<10 mi day/surface streets) and will also serve as a "light" go wherever it will fit weekend rig. Towing is not in consideration at the moment, but can see a boat in the future (one can hope to win the lottery...right?)

Going with 5 MR701s and will be doing 5 wheel rotations. I'm leaning towards the RT, knowing that I'd be giving up some "comfort" in hopes of gaining some "capability" and "durability" off-road.

In all of the experiences that you folks have faced over the many years and miles of AZ trails, would the ATiii's suffice or am I on the "right" path in selecting the RT?

    35x12.50r18:

    Toyo ATIII - D/E Rating
    Toyo RT - E Rating
    BFG KO2 - E Rating
    Falken Wildpeak AT3w - F Rating

    Thanks,

    -Jason

Toyo AT3 is the way to go. None of the tread separation issues that Wildpeaks have and none of the balancing issues that KO2s have (in before the "I DONT HAVE THAT ISSUE" people....). Talk to Erick at @state48overland . He'll get you all set up!
