Hey, looking for some info from the Colo Springs guys. Heading out to the Springs next Saturday morning. Usually take HWY 50, HWY 287 and then HWY 94 into the Springs from the east. Looking at the future forecast, it is calling for snow Friday-Sunday for your area. My question is, does HWY 94 get any sort of treatment from CDOT? Or am I better off rerouting? Not scared of the snow, lived in FO CO for 15 years before moving back to the flats. I just don't want to be on the road for hours on end. Thanks

I usually always take the shorter route anyway, so I would take 50W to Pueblo, North on I-25 to Colorado Springs.

Didn’t want to post your exact location, but the general area.

LOL. You are pretty darn close. Make the trip out couple times a year, was just curious if 94 got plowed or not. Usually take 94 to avoid traffic and make time. Thanks

Didn't make it out. Finally talked some sense into the wife and got her to postpone the trip. Didn't even attempt it. Sat at home and watched it rain here instead.
