Hey guys I need to tap into power that comes on with ignition and I'd like it as close to driver footwell as possible. If needed I can run it to fusebox under hood and tie into one of the fuses. Thanks!

The 12v outlet by the driver’s right knee comes to mind. Just pull down the HVAC controls and those panels pop out.

As you stated, the footwell is right near the firewall pass through so you may just want to run an add-a-fuse or similar.

Yeah I was hoping to use the provided 6" lead off my device but I may just run an add a fuse back through the firewall. Thank you!

On my 2019 Ltd, there is a small fuse box behind the hood release cable, you will have to take out the side panel, pry the door sill and it will come out. There are fuse outlets not being utilized, one of them is powered on when keyed and another with constant 12V, I use it to power my Blackvue dash cam, you can buy a fuse extension tap and have a fused connection for additional protection.
If you are lost, let us know and I will post a picture and point out the precise fuse locations with the Amazon part number, I'd do it now but sorry, my truck is parked at work.

This all reads very well, but I will take you on your offer about the pictures or more info, I did find the electrical wiring on the link posted (which is great and awesome) but I have been trying to figured stuff out with littel success so far. I wonder how you did it. I am planning to add universal 12v at either side of the back seat to connect the tire air compressor that is 14 amps, since I would use it one at the time a 15 amp circuit would do it, hopefully I can mock what you did. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071J3ZQBB/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8

Here is what I bought from Amazon
    Fuse Adapter
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DYQM6EO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_FKGGG0AR7TFQQTZKTMG0?_encoding=UTF8

    Fuses
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07786GPGK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_6Y9Q3Y7ZCJVFN7CCGB9V?_encoding=UTF8

When you pull the door sill bottom panel which is just clipped, the side cover which also has a plastic screw clip on bottom can be pulled out. There is a small plastic rectangular box on top with a cover, way back towards the firewall, it has the fuse layout marking on the top, remove the cover and you will see two rows of fuses.
The right side towards the steering has the 4th slot free, this is the constant 12v, move up on the same row and the second blank slot after a few filled fuses is the Acc slot, which only turns on when the key is turned to Acc.
Use the adapter from the first link from Amazon, it fits right in, use the fuse in the second slot of the Amazon adapter, you will need both fuses in to get power.

Use the DMM to check continuity and volts and you should be set.

I will try to get you a picture tonight.

Hey Dave, were you able to take a picture of the fuse box? I’m alittle confused on how it looks like and a picture would help out a lot trying to wire up my dash cam. Thank you!

It's a very narrow box about 1 1/2" wide and maybe 4-5" long with micro fuses inside. Way up in there, but it's there. Length runs parallel to the length of the chassis if that helps.

    Sorry VietGuy, been busy.
I will find some time and post some pictures but as 2mchfun stated, its up there, it's a small box, you do need to remove the plastic cover on the left, take a flashlight and reach up there, it is closer to the firewall and above the hood release cables.
