Have you checked the CV axle nut? I know you said everything was checked but since this started after the regear it is a possibility. Any change in braking noticed? Loose CV nuts will cause a “air in lines” feel to brake pedal.

Interesting, I'm almost certain that my harness is perfectly snug since I just installed an ARB compressors using that utilizing that brscket but I'll check again. Thanks for the link!

All the hardware is definitely there. Just installed an ARB compressor using that bracket.

I don't think I've checked that one any further than visually. Braking is just like the day I bought it so nothing abnormal there. But worth a shot to check again.

That s how the 4 wheel shop finally found the noise in my lift. It was loose uca bolt. A mechanic took it for a 10 minute test drive and never heard anything, but when he pulled into the shop, and hit the brakes the other mechanic heard it. He started rocking it back and forth, and you could really hear it.

Just got my 2021 Tundra and I've noticed a very slight clunk that is felt in the steering wheel on suspension cycling.
When she goes in for her first check up, I'll make note.
I checked the engine compartment / suspension by eyeball to see if anything was obvious but nada.

UPDATE: Two ideas provided in this thread have been tried.

AC compressor bushings have been replaced, new ones didn't really do any better than the old ones. Thing still moves around more than I would like but it's not causing the clunking.

Wire harness on passenger side firewall has been tinkered with. There was little slop to be taken up to begin with so no difference was made.

    Back to the drawing board

This may be really obvious so sorry if it's already been done but doesn't look like it's been mentioned, are your Balljoints all in good shape? Got a similar sound to this in my old Yukon from a broken ball joint. Also what about u joint play??

Had my wife and a buddy listen with headphones. Wife says it’s a water bottle in your door pockets. She knows because her 4Runner made the same sound the other day. Buddy says it sounds like ever Ford he’s ever been in. Sorry not much help but we’re not giving up!

Anything felt in the steering wheel? Maybe a steering shaft. The intermediate shaft that passes through the firewall has been known to cause clunking. My Silverado made a similar noise and it was a worn plastic bearing where it passed through. Common on that truck. Not so much on the tundra but also not unheard of.

Well I appreciate the input but definitely not a water bottle. I'm a stickler about loose things in the cab for that exact reason haha

I would expect this with a Ford or GM, but being a Toyota I won't accept this as an answer!

No definitive correlation, but steering was my initial suspicion. I've checked the steering shaft for slop in the u-joint and slop in the shift itself and it's solid.

I had a clunking sound coming from under the rear of my tundra, went on for awhile before I went over a speed bump, heard the clunk and threw it in park to check under the truck for the dozenth time. The problem finally showed itself to be a broken leaf within my leaf pack and it finally slid away from the cracked portion and was just dangling (pinched in place by the other leafs, if you will), if it hadn’t slid apart, I would have never been able to get close to the hairline crack to diagnose it... always figured it was the 400lb topper on the rear for 7 years that’s weakened the already inferior leafs...Good luck.

Just warrantied out my icon leafs last month and installed a new pack so they are good. But I have lost count of how many times I've jumped out of the truck to check something

Are you in 4wd in the video?
To me it kind of sounds like it's coming from your diff, especially since you recently just regeared.
