    Too much to list
I screwed up big time thinking the LSK axles that are made by RCV are the same as these ones :-(

Yea I got stock length. It’s a pretty tight fit with aftermarket coils.

Why is your sh!t so clean? Need to prescribe you some dirt and rocks with a little bit of mud for good measure.

Mine did not fit with TC spec coilovers, had to change to smaller od springs. Pain in the butt.

Emailed RCV to inquire if they would be interested in a GB and what discount might be.

If they are inclined to work with us I will start a new GB thread and link it from here. :fingerscrossed:

The original group buy happened back in 2019. Five people got us a 25% discount. I have the +2.5” LT axles and had the same clearance problem @Vizsla mentioned.
I’ve been running them since 7/2019 and one of them just starting clicking under load. RCV is taking care of it under warranty.

Yeah one of mine is clicking, didn’t try warranty, but that’s 3 of us. I’m done, removing, sending back for rebuild and selling.

That’s a bummer, yea I heard that the TC comes with larger diameter springs. I have about .5” clearance from my springs to axle shaft

A lot of money if they start clicking after a while but covered by warranty. What a pain in the ass having to constantly replace a part because it fails but the part is free. Who has that much time on their hands

    Nope
Yes, TC long travel. Don’t know OD, had 3.75” ID, had to switch to 3.0” ID.

Do the 3 of you that are experiencing the clicking all have LT?
Those things are heavy, does the warranty cover shipping costs to get them rebuilt?

 I was just about to ask this. I run my heavy-ass truck pretty hard and have never had any axle issues until I hit something that knocked off a clamp on the outer boot and lost all the grease.
Great they stand by their product, but I would hate to have to spend the time pulling off and shipping back so often.

I just noticed that you have the BDS 7" like me. I have lockers too. Have you cracked the rear crossmember front diff mount yet? My crossmembers are at the welding shop getting fixed and adding gussets to provide additional support. Gonna need to gusset it with the RCV axles for sure.

Just plain ole axle wrap. This mount is tucked up in there so it is not exposed to damage from things. Not sure exactly when it happened but it was definitely caused by going over big obstacles, which is when I use the front locker. You can see this mount from behind the driver side wheel.
By looking at the picture, the mount is gusseted on 1 side - from the top. I'm adding 2 more. Red one is angled to provide clearance to the bolts and front diff. Green one along the bottom side.

My truck is LT. Basically the same setup as @Vizsla I think my issue is a leaky boot.
It was an issue that started due to poor packaging for shipping. When the axles arrived the metal strap that holds the boot on was smashed flat in a couple places on one axle and the boot on the other axle had visible tears. I had them both looked at before installing them. The shop replaced the damaged boots on the one axle with some that RCV sent me but said the other axle with the flat spots was fine. Well that’s the axle that was leaking and I now have the clicking noise coming from.
I think RCV just needs to package the axles better for shipping. The boxes mine came in were really beat up.

Forgot about that, all 4 of the boots had holes when I got mine. They sent me new boots and grease, but changing them cost money.

I'll make sure to chat with them about packaging and see if this was something that was a rare thing and/or if they have addressed it in their packaging process
