Looking for your votes! Yes I know they are all spacer lifts and some people dont like them at all, which I can appreciate but I am looking for your guys input on spacer lifts. Feel free to add pictures and notes on why or why not for your choice, also feel free to add another choice if you would like. The truck will be used for stance and flexing at the Mall, and I guess slightly larger tires are a plus.

Thanks in advance for your input!!

Thank you for your input, but apparently you did not read the description where I stated I know some people dont like spacer lifts. Not trying to be a dick but im not really looking for the input in those that hate them, there isnt going to be a topic or poll in this group where someone is 100% against something other then maybe we all have BadA$$ trucks.... You’d probably get answers that you’re looking for if you stated how you plan to use your truck. Going off-road at all? Don’t get a spacer lift. Only driving on the highway for Costco trips? Maybe a spacer lift is ok.

I’m about to get a 2.5” RC type front spacer installed. Kit comes with diff drop and bump stop extensions. I should get 2.25” of lift that will allow the tire size I want and level the truck out. If not I will bring the rear up some. OP, yes there are a lot of members here that have a lot of hate for these styles of lifts. I ran a 3/1 on my 2011 for 90k miles no issues. For the average truck owner they will work fine and every lifted Tundra in my area has a.....you guessed it, a spacer lift(usually dealer installed before it goes off the lot.

The LRT level kit is one of the most complete and well built for a spacer kit IMO. LRT 2007-2019 Toyota Tundra 3" Leveling / Lift Kit by Low Range Off-Road

It comes with bump stop extenders, skid plate spacers, diff drop spacers, and even steering stop extenders... compared to some other kits out there that just come with a strut spacer. That said, I have Fox 2.5s on order, but I almost went with this.

@Rocketman is not wrong. I would not recommend spacers at all. I do understand your goal. Spacer lifts have caused lower shock mounts to snap. For the money, the Bilstein 5100s are a much better option than the spacer kits, and will ride better. Spacers ride rough. I ran the Readylift 3/2 for a year and a half. I ditched the spacers for Toytec coilovers....couldn't be happier! Buy once, cry once.

Look guys I understand what your saying and Im not saying your not wrong. This is my first Tundra but I have had several Tacomas and ran everything from spacer lift to 5100/Eibach to Fox 2.0 coilovers. I have blown out 5100 towing, wasnt impressed. I just want a little lift to fit larger tires for right now without breaking the bank and blowing 2k. Ill do that when these shocks go bad.

I'll play along... I have a 1.75" Rough Country level kit installed on my truck. Provides just enough lift to level me out and was inexpensive to install. It rides like stock and hasn't broken a shock. 5100's ride like wagon wheels.

I have a pair of the Truxx spacers attached to a set of TRD Bilstein reds that I am going to finally get a chance to put in next weekend. They come with the differential drop spacers. I can not attest yet to ride or quality, but my expectations are tempered to say the least. My truck is strictly an interstate, travel trailer tow truck. I am planning on putting rear air bags as well. I’m sure I will end up with real Bilsteins down the road.

They are all basically the same thing honestly just a different name on the spacer. I had supreme suspension 2.5” spacer for about a year no issues but it was a temporary thing till I found the suspension I wanted. Just needed it to fit my tires. I will agree on a 3/2 for height tho I think that’s the best height for our trucks

Kinda impressed with that Falcon set. How long have you had them? Are you still happy with this set up?

I've had them since last Thursday. I am impressed so far. I came from the TRD Sport Bilstein shocks to these. The Falcon shocks are similar in ride to the Bilstein shocks on the highway but do absorb bumps, railroads and potholes better. I will be towing a boat to the lake next weekend for an hour drive so should know better how the tow setting feels.

The thread below has some folks who have had them longer.
