Adding a second battery and will have to move the power steering reservoir. Wondering if anyone has done this? I know I can raise it up but was wondering if I can just add some extension hose to what’s there without affecting the operation of the reservoir. Seems like it would be no biggie, but want to make sure and also if they make nipples to be able to extend the hose. Or do I need to replace both hoses with longer ones? Also is the hose a certain type or universal? Sorry for all the questions but I searched here and couldn’t find anything. Thanks

My SDHQ dual battery kit (without billet PS reservoir) came with some longer PS lines, just regular PS/transmission type hydraulic lines that push back onto the factory barbed nipples and reuse factory squeeze clamps. I don't see why you couldn't add in a double barbed fitting and extend the lines too but if you're going to buy lines just get all new right length. Length obviously depends on where you relocate.

Yeah I didn't want to pay that price for what I was trying to do. I contacted them to see if they had a DIY kit so I could move my reservoir and they didn't. Too pricey for me.
